Safety Management System · Multi-Site

What's happening on every site, before it becomes an incident report.

Built for contractors and facilities teams running more than one site at once. Instead of a spreadsheet that gets updated once a week, site supervisors log incidents, inspections and permits as they happen, and management sees the pattern across every site from one dashboard.

Multi-site
one dashboard across every site a contractor runs
Real-time
incidents and inspections logged as they happen
Act 651
built around Ghana's Labour Act reporting duties
Every site
has its own status, not a single company-wide number
Site status, at a glance

Four sites, four different pictures, one screen.

Each site card shows its own open incidents, overdue inspections and permit status, colour-coded so a site that needs attention today stands out from one that's running clean. A site manager checking in from the office sees which project needs a call before lunch, not after the weekly report lands.

Incidents, trended

One incident is a report. A pattern of them is a warning.

Every logged incident feeds a running chart by site and by month, so a spike in near-misses on one project shows up while there's still time to act on it, rather than surfacing in an annual review. Severity, location and corrective action are captured at the point of logging, while the details are still fresh.

Also on the dashboard

The rest of the file, kept current automatically.

Recent activity A live feed of what was logged, by whom, and on which site, so a manager can scroll back through the week instead of asking around.
Inspections Scheduled checks tracked to completion, with overdue ones flagged before they become the reason an audit goes badly.
Permits to work Hot work, working at height and confined space permits issued, tracked and closed out against the job they were raised for.
Site access Site supervisors see and log against their own site. Management sees every site. Nobody sees more than their role needs.
Questions contractors ask

Before you switch

Do site supervisors need training to use this?

Logging an incident or completing an inspection takes a few taps. Most supervisors are comfortable with it after one walkthrough on their own site.

Can head office see all our sites, or just one at a time?

Head office roles see every site on one dashboard. Site-level roles see and log against their own site only.

Does this replace our safety officer?

No. It's the system a safety officer or safety team uses to see across sites faster. Pair it with SafeEra's HSE Consulting if you need the officer as well as the tool.

Can we export data for a client or regulator audit?

Incident logs, inspection records and permit history can be pulled by site and by date range when an audit calls for the paper trail.
